Origin Spotlight
Region: Huila, Southern Colombia
Altitude: 1,500 ā 2,000 meters above sea level
Varieties: Caturra, Castillo, Colombia, and Typica
Terroir: Huila sits between the Central and Eastern Andes. Volcanic soil, high altitude, and a two-harvest climate slow the cherry's ripening. This builds bright acidity and deep sweetness. "Supremo" is Colombia's top screen grade (17/18), so the beans are large and uniform and roast evenly.
Roast Level: Medium | Process: Washed
Taste Notes: Clean, Balanced, Fruity, and Honey
Body: Medium; smooth and silky mouthfeel
Acidity: Medium and bright; clean citrus and red fruit
Sweetness: High; brown sugar and panela
Aftertaste: Clean and sweet, with a finish of cocoa and toffee
